Direct Placements:
Catalyst HR Group finds quality applicants looking for long-term employment for the Direct Placement option with the right skills that meet your job description and company culture. We provide interviews, customized background checks, computer testing, drug screens, and references to save your valuable time. After an onsite meeting to determine your specific needs in a candidate, Catalyst will schedule interviews for your position so that your only decision will be, “Which candidate should I hire?” Based on your choice of candidate, we offer the candidate a position with your company. A direct placement with Catalyst will afford you the time to work on more important prospects for your company and still produce a qualified employee with very little time investment from you.
Temp-to-Hire:
Catalyst HR Group offers Temp-to-Hire options to companies that would like to “try before you buy” quality candidates. This method, which provides cost savings up front for a company, and allows Catalyst’s candidates to work onsite for you as long as needed, however, at 480 hours you have the option to hire that employee at no extra cost to you. This cost-saving method allows for Catalyst HR Group to cover the cost of payroll, workman’s comp insurance, unemployment insurance, and benefits until you decide to hire the employee.
Contract Placements:
Catalyst HR Group offers dedicated service with a Sole-Provider Contract that includes heavy discounts to any employer for the entire company. Catalyst would provide all recruitment services for your company for all open positions. We can offer Direct Placement, Temp-to-Hire and Long-term Temporary. Your recruitment needs would be satisfied with a phone call to order whatever position is needed. This service includes onsite services if needed as well. Catalyst can provide a dedicated, on-site Recruiter for your company. We will customize this program to meet your needs.
In addition, Catalyst offers employers Enhanced Services in an a la carte fashion to supplement your recruitment process if needed; Applicant Screening, Inteviews, Computerized Testing, Customized Background Checks, Drug Screens, References, Exit Interviews and Payroll Services. Enhanced Services:
Applicant Screening – Catalyst reviews all resumes to see if the candidate meets your qualifications.
Interviews – Catalyst provides initial interview to determine if the candidate meets your requirements.
Computerized Testing – Catalyst utilizes computer testing by Kenexa called Prove It Assessments. The assessments can be taken online or in our offices on every area of expertise, including: Accounting, Customer Service, Call Center, IT, Administrative, Technical, Healthcare, Languages, and Microsoft Office Products.
Customized Background Checks – We provide complete background checks.
Drug Screens – Catalyst provides a 5 panel or 10 panel drug screens.
References – Catalyst performs all reference checks on candidates.
Exit Interviews – If you have difficulty getting honest answers as to why your employees are leaving your company and want to make changes based on those results, Catalyst will perform all of your Exit Interviews in a confidential manner, where your employees will be more comfortable explaining their reasons for leaving the company. We will present those results to you for review.
Payroll Services – Catalyst provides a cost effective source for customized payroll services such as Payroll Check Processing, FICA, FUTA, SUTA filings, W-2 Processing and Distribution.
